Larry D. Mosley, CPA
President
With more than 30 years of experience working with closely held companies, startups and one of the largest physician groups in the country, Larry’s career as a CPA has spanned numerous decades and industries — from construction and manufacturing to professional groups.
Larry’s professional rise began in 1981 with a local CPA firm in Trenton, Michigan, and since then, he has worked with local CPA firms in Ohio and Michigan, primarily in taxation. In 1988 he became tax partner of a local CPA firm in Toledo. When Mosley Glick O’Brien, Inc., was formed in 2008, he was named President.
A 1981 graduate of Eastern Michigan University, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, followed by his Certified Public Accountant license in 1983.
Jane C. Glick, CPA
Partner
Jane has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting and internal auditing in the private sector. As accounting and tax partner at Mosley Glick O’Brien, Inc., she is involved in all phases of accounting engagements, including financial reporting for review and compilation services, as well as corporate and individual tax return preparation and tax planning strategies
Her experience in tax and accounting emphasizes small- and medium-sized businesses in the commercial and residential real estate, manufacturing and personal services industries.
She holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration, graduating Cum Laude, from the University of Toledo and is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
R. David O’Brien, CPA, CGMA
Partner & Director of Construction Services
Dave has a wealth of experience in assurance and accounting, primarily focused on the construction industry, with emphasis in real estate, manufacturing and distribution. Among his clientele are general, mechanical, electrical, flooring, sheet metal, fire protection and numerous other contractors, as well as homebuilders and commercial and land developers.
A graduate of California State University at Chico, Dave worked for large firms in Reno, Nevada, and Toledo, Ohio, before joining Mosley Glick O’Brien, Inc., as Partner.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Certified Public Accountants in Ohio, Nevada and Michigan, and is affiliated with the Construction Industry CPAs/Consultants Association (CICPAC) and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
Marcia Veres-Sutton, CPA
Assurance and Tax Principal
With nearly 30 years of experience in assurance and accounting, Marcia joined Mosley Glick O’Brien, Inc., in 2019. She specializes in construction, manufacturing and service industries and employee benefit plans.
During her career, Marcia has been a partner/principal in local and regional CPA firms practicing assurance and accounting for closely-held companies. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Toledo and earned her MBA from Bowling Green State University.

Joanna L. Lohr, CPA
Tax Principal
Joanna brought 19 years of experience in preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, trust, not-for-profit and individual tax returns when she joined Mosley Glick O’Brien, Inc.., in 2018.
Prior to joining the firm, she was a controller for a John Deere dealer before returning to public accounting in 2007, working as a tax manager at local CPA firms focusing on the taxation practice for closely held companies and business owners.
Joanna received her bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of CPAs.
Eric Whipple, CPA, CVA
Tax and Assurance Manager
With nearly 10 years of public accounting experience, Eric's career focus has been on performing compilation and review engagements, tax preparation and business valuation services. He has worked with a variety of industries, with an emphasis in manufacturing and construction. Eric joined Mosley Glick O’Brien, Inc., in 2013.
A 2012 graduate of Central Michigan University, Eric is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
Bryan Mosley, CPA
Tax Manager
Bryan has 12 years of experience preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, individual and payroll returns across numerous industries.
He joined Mosley Glick O’Brien, Inc. in 2009 and is a 2010 graduate of the University of Toledo.
Donna M. Momsen, CPA
Tax Senior
Donna has over 35 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in small- to medium-size business accounting and taxes, as well as individual taxation. Prior to joining Mosley Glick O’Brien, Inc., in 2016, Donna worked for Linda L. Phillips Inc., CPA, for 22 years.
Donna received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo and is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs.
Lisa Tietje, CPA, MBA
Assurance Manager
Lisa’s 30-year career has included 10 years of public accounting experience, notably performing compilation and review engagements for construction contractors. She also served 15 years as controller of a local construction business, and has worked for a publicly traded company and a non-profit organization. She returned to public accounting in 2021, when she joined Mosley Glick O’Brien, Inc.
A graduate of the University of Toledo, Lisa also has an MBA from Bowling Green State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Ohio Society of CPAs and Construction Financial Management Association.
Nancy Porter
Executive Assistant
With over 20 years of experience in a professional office setting, Nancy (Nan) skillfully manages administrative duties and client relations for her colleagues at Mosley Glick O’Brien, Inc.
As Executive Assistant to Dave O’Brien, Partner and Director of Construction Services, she ensures the smooth operation of the services provided by the Construction Services Team. Nan also provides support to the Team with the ongoing development of seminar presentations.
Stacy Pantenburg
Office Manager
Stacy’s career spans over 26 years with experience in public, corporate, private and government accounting. She joined Mosley Glick O’Brien, Inc. in 2013 where her focus is the daily operations of the office, customer service, tax processing and the general accounting for the firm.
Stacy received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Tiffin University.
